I have decided that I need to get in shape. I have no problem with doing some lifting to build some muscle, but I thoroughly detest jogging. I have flat feet and jogging just causes me more pain than it is worth in my eyes. So I have decided I am going to "play myself into shape" as the professional athletes say.
I am currently playing in three different sports leagues. I play basketball on Sunday, indoor soccer on Monday, and outdoor coed soccer on Thursday. All three of those force me to do a ton of running, but I don't mind it as much because I'm having fun and enjoying myself. So I plan on keeping it up so I can get back to that buff guy from the CHS c/o 1999 that could lift a ton and run all day.
