Happy Independence Day!!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday and is able to spend some time with friends and family.

I will be making my way out to Frisco to see watch F.C. Dallas take on the Kansas City Wizards. Afterward there will be a fireworks show and concert. I'll have my camera so I'll try to get some nice pictures of both!!

The Question

About once a day I get asked a certain question. It is a fairly simple question, but it has become to annoy me in so many ways. What is this question??? Well it usually goes like this...

Hey... Have you seen the movie Braveheart??

I have been asked this question daily since that damn movie came out due to my now "famous" name. It was okay when the movie came out in 1995, but it is now 13 years later and I still get it. I guess I should learn to live with it because it is a question that will never go away. :-)

So with this constant questioning I have dubbed myself the Black Braveheart, hence the title of this blog. I'm not a Scottish patriot, so there won't be any tales of me freeing a country and certainly any tales of me wearing a man skirt. What you will find here though are random thoughts about things that happen or things I notice. So I hope you enjoy...
